Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The House of Affection LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
Damaged or Lost Packages
