Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on body care or fragrance products once they have shipped.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives broken, leaking, defective, or if you receive the wrong product.
Examples of damage or defects include:
• cracked or shattered containers
• leaking product
• missing items from your order
• incorrect product received
• contamination or unusual odor indicating a manufacturing issue
Because our whipped body butters are handcrafted and temperature-sensitive, softening or melting during transit is not considered damage or a defect and does not qualify for replacement or refund.

Temperature Sensitivity
Our whipped body butters are anhydrous and may soften or melt during transit in warm temperatures. This is normal and does not affect product integrity or performance.
If melting occurs, place the jar in a cool environment until it returns to its normal consistency.
Texture changes caused by heat exposure are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Customers purchasing during warmer months acknowledge this possibility at the time of order.
Handcrafted Variation
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in texture, color, or appearance may occur. These natural variations do not qualify as defects
